Concierge Family Practice

Concierge Family Practice patients at DrMackMedicine benefit from several features that simply aren’t available in a traditional practice setting or from today’s corporate hospital model. Subsequently, they enjoy not only a significantly higher level of care for their acute and chronic medical issues but the extra time and direct contact they share with Dr. Mack and our staff creates opportunities for preventative care, diet and exercise therapy, age management, regenerative medicine, and a host of other benefits that simply aren’t be possible in other practice structures.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

You can’t always wait 2 or 3 days to see the doctor and it’s ridiculous to suggest that you should wait a week or more or be sent to sit in an ER or Urgent Care until some stranger finds a minute to speak with you so they can generate a bill. That’s not health care and it’s certainly not prioritizing any of your needs. If you call or arrive at DrMackMedicine before noon you will be seen that day. If you arrive after that and it’s impossible to see you that afternoon then you will at the very least speak with Dr. Mack on the phone or by video conference to discuss your symptoms and initiate whatever care might be appropriate.

At DrMackMedicine we feel very strongly that no one understands how you’re feeling better than you and that the urgency you’re feeling to see your doctor is your decision alone and should have nothing to do with what’s most convenient or profitable for some hospital.

TELEMEDICINE

Almost 90% of medical diagnosis are made from information acquired during the history alone. DrMackMedicine is equipped and comfortable seeing patients on the phone, via FaceTime, can arrange and schedule Zoom conferences as need be, and this feature is included with membership. We are certainly comfortable scheduling telemedicine visits off hours, weekends, and around our patient’s schedules and will make every possible accommodation to save whatever time or add whatever convenience we can to schedule your Telemedicine appointment with Dr. Mack. When that’s not adequate to properly assess your condition and initiate therapy the office is still open Monday through Friday and house calls are possible.

Dr. Mack never closed during the COVID lockdowns. The practice stayed open during those dark days to treat not only their own patients but thousands of new patients who were walking in for care because so many other alleged urgent care and hospital-based ‘providers’ chose to stay home to ‘protect the public’!?! Starting during those difficult days and continuing right up to this day Dr. Mack and our staff have personally participated in thousands of telemedicine visits and been able to provide care that was not simply more convenient but more timely and in our patient’s the best interest as well.

HOUSE CALLS

Dr. Mack is more than happy to make house calls for our patients who are for whatever reason unable to get into the office. Diagnostic procedures are of course limited outside of the office but we’re more than happy to try to accommodate any patient who may need a visit in the home when the situation calls for it.

DIRECT CARE FROM DR. MACK

Regardless of whether your appointment is in person, on the phone, or over some form of social media or videoconference you’re never going to get a physician or ancillary provider you’ve never seen before or whomever might be ‘…on call…’. Dr. Mack is your physician, he knows you, he has access to your records, and that’s who you’re going to see – every time.
